In this post I would talk about my favorite type of food, and that is Thai food.
Thai food is literally a mix of flavours, and the perfect balance between spicy, salty and bittersweet in every dish. The traditional Thai food is based on vegetables, meat, chicken and seafood, with rice or noodles and all types of spices like turmeric, pepper, garlic, among others. For the preparation, the protein is seasonad with the spices and vegetables, and can be added soy sauce, sugar for a little sweet taste, penaut, and more. The noodles or rice are prepared separately and then everything is mixed on a bowl, and is ready to serve.
I think Thai food is my favorite because the mix of flavours and textures is so interesting an pleasant to me that I would never get bored of eat it. Also, Thai food is very special to me because it remainds me a great memorie with my godmother, when in my 15th birthday she invited me to a sleepover and bought Thai food for dinner. That was the first time I tried it, and after that I fell in love inmediately.
I considered that Thai food is very good for your health, because the ingredients are very healthy and free of fast food, or highly procesed food, but obviously you must be careful with the excess of seasoning and spicy.
Hi Sof铆a! I never have eaten Thai food, maybe should I do it. I hear a lot about it and today it's a popular meal, so why not?
ResponderEliminarWhat a nice memory of the first time you tried the food that would end up being your favorite dish. I have never tried Thai food, Asian food is not suitable because of the variety of meat, I don't know if there is a vegetarian option. But your description made me want to try it.
